Welcome to Mando! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform or services.
2. Scope of Services
Mando provides an AI-powered Workday configuration assistant ("MandoAI") and staffing solutions with independent Workday consultants ("Mando Experts"). The services include access to our AI platform, consulting marketplace, and related features. Additional terms may apply to specific services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Mando’s services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the platform or services, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with the functionality or security of the platform.
5. Service Usage
5.1 MandoAI
MandoAI is designed to assist users in Workday configuration by providing recommendations and support based on your input.
Users must validate AI-generated recommendations before implementation. Mando is not liable for configuration errors resulting from AI recommendations.
5.2 Mando Experts
Independent consultants available through Mando are vetted professionals who provide specialized Workday support.
The relationship between users and consultants is governed by separate agreements between the parties.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees for using Mando’s services are outlined on the platform and are subject to change.
Payment terms for consulting engagements will be defined in individual agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology on the Mando platform are the exclusive property of Mando. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any proprietary materials without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the course of using Mando’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, customer data, Workday configurations, and AI-generated outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mando provides services "as-is" and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mando disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of its services.
10. Termination
Mando reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of these Terms or other applicable policies. You may also terminate your use of the platform by closing your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mando is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Amendments
Mando may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
