We're looking for a Software Engineering Intern who is eager to learn, build, and contribute to real-world projects in a fast-moving startup environment. As an intern at Mando, you'll have the opportunity to work across AI, backend, and full-stack development, depending on your interests and strengths. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, and have the chance to hack on unique new features and work on special growth projects that directly impact the company.

What You’ll Work On
• Build and optimize APIs, AI pipelines, or full-stack features based on your interests
• Work with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, NextJS, and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to performance improvements, data pipelines, or UI/UX enhancements
• Work on special growth projects that help expand Mando’s reach and capabilities
• Hack on unique, experimental features that push the boundaries of AI and enterprise automation
• Collaborate with engineers to solve technical challenges and deploy production-ready features

What We Look For
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Interest in AI, backend, or full-stack development—no prior experience required, just curiosity
• Some experience with Python, JavaScript, or cloud platforms is a plus
• Ability to think independently, work quickly, and iterate on new ideas
